By accessing or using Solid# ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solid# is an AI business infrastructure platform that provides:

• AI-powered business automation agents
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Payment processing and point-of-sale solutions
• Voice AI and communication tools
• Business analytics and reporting
• Integration with third-party services

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use AI agents for deceptive or harmful purposes

6. AI Services and Limitations

Our AI agents are designed to assist with business operations but are not substitutes for professional advice. AI-generated content and recommendations should be reviewed by qualified humans before critical decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content and actions.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services and AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Solid# and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9.1 Google Workspace Integration

When you connect your Google Workspace account, you authorize Solid# to access specific Google services on your behalf via OAuth 2.0. This includes:

• Reading and sending emails through Gmail
• Reading and creating calendar events
• Creating and editing files in Google Drive (limited to app-created files via the drive.file scope)
• Accessing your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture)

You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Solid# Settings or from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will disable Google-dependent features but will not affect the rest of your Solid# account.

Solid#'s use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLID# SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solid# from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may export your data before termination. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination unless deletion is requested.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
